Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate/Driver is responsible for assisting with the shipping and receiving of all warehouse inventory. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely deliveries to jobsites. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering exceptional customer service at all times while dealing with a wide range of personalities.

Essential Functions

  • Inspects physical conditions of warehouse vehicles, equipment and performs maintenance repairs as needed.
  • Responds to customer questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
  • Assists with stocking and maintaining inventory of all incoming materials.
  • Follows company policies when operating and loading shipments, ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and receiving area.
  • Operates 16’ box truck to perform accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Assists in inspecting all incoming materials for quality issues and notifying management, as needed.

Job Summary:

Do you enjoy problem-solving and assisting customers with equipment concerns or issues? The Commercial Service Technician is responsible for the troubleshooting, calibrating, and repair of Commercial HVAC/Control systems. This client-facing role requires the ability to identify and explain technical issues, collaborate with internal and external partners, provide repairs, and address concerns promptly while maintaining all safety standards. This is not a 24/7 or on-call position!

Essential Functions

  • Provide before and after install service for Critical Controls and HVAC product lines.
  • Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, sensors, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary.
  • Monitor and program control systems of automated equipment utilizing software to verify the controls are within certain parameters. Troubleshoot the problem to avoid or minimize interruptions to production should controls exceed or fall below specifications.
  • Locate and diagnose maintenance problems on equipment, conduct warranty services and quickly perform repairs on equipment items.
  • Install and test products and provide customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product.
  • Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials; maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.
  • Provide start-up and commissioning services on equipment represented by Air Control Products, Inc.
  • Provide start-up and commissioning/balancing support for laboratory airflow control systems and other critical control equipment.
  • Understand control sequences and validate that control system sequences match written sequence.
  • Ability to read and understand technical information including blueprints, submittals, piping diagrams, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals.
  • Adheres to all safety standards.

Competencies or Experience Requirements

  • EPA 608 is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and advanced industry knowledge.
  • VRF experience is a plus.

Job Summary:

Staff accountants are essential members of the accounting team who are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. They assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
  • Lead month- and year-end close processes, including accruals, adjustments, and fixed assets.
  • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Create and support the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
  • Prepare sales tax and CAT tax reports for Controller review.

The Outside Sales Representative will prepare accurate estimates, bids, submittals, and process orders for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a variety of personalities and be an excellent communicator. Candidates should also be task and detail orientated with outstanding organizational skills and be able to work under tight time constraints. The successful candidate’s experience and aptitude will determine the timeline of account responsibility. 

Essential Functions 

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers. 
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers. 
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily. 
  • Keep accurate records of all customer and prospect accounts. 
  • Sell the company’s products or services to customers within given sales territory. 
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs. 
  • Collect and prepare different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. 
  • Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices using Bluebeam software. 
  • Prepare cost estimates, bids, submittals, and process orders. 
  • Research proposals, blueprints, and any related documents to perform take-offs which includes, identifying labor, material, costs, and time requirements. 
  • Conduct regular risk assessments. 
  • Work closely with other internal departments for support and to help build the brand. 
  • Provide detailed reports to management as needed. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Competencies or Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience and advanced industry knowledge.
  • Strong mechanical understanding and knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Driven, reliable, self- managed individual with excessive attention to detail.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to meet the needs of our customers and team in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs without assistance.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to work in hot, cold and/or loud environments effectively.
  • Ability to squat, kneel, lift, push and bend.

Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, ability to multi-task, and superior interpersonal skills. The Estimator will prepare accurate estimate reports for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in mathematics and possess an in-depth product knowledge base. In addition to being an excellent communicator, candidates should also be detail orientated with outstanding organizational skills and able to work under tight time constraints.

Essential Functions:
•Collect and prepare different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
•Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices using Bluebeam and various vendorsoftware.
•Assist sales staff with reviewing and assessing cost estimates.
•Research proposals, blueprints, and any related documents to perform take-offs which includes,identifying material, costs, and time requirements.
•Run bid lists and request current project deadlines.
•Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
•Present complex and detailed reports to job captains and management as needed.
•Answer internal phone calls and designate to proper party.
•Provide support to Outside Sales staff as needed.
•All other duties as assigned.
